A massive thank you to Ryan's cousin Orin Duffy, who donated all her 18th birthday money to A Smile For Ryan. Donating €210 to his fund. Thank you so much. That was so very thoughtful of you.

Strictly for Ryan what can I say ...We are delighted to announce that The Strictly for Ryan fundraiser raised a Massive €30,376.27 !! Unbelievable ..
So many people to be thankful to.. Firstly and most importantly Kym Keogh without you this show wouldn't of happened you had this show like it was one from Broadway ! Best show ever ! ! Also Kelley Mc Ardle for all your help thank you both so much and well done...
We would also like to thank each one of the 50 dancers, for giving up so much of your time for training and for all the fundraising events yous held.. You all worked so hard for 12 weeks and it definitely showed on the stage . Each group gave it their all you were so entertaining .. yous should be so proud..
Thanks so much to the three judges Mary Simpson, Louise Everitt, and Kelly Kierans. MC on the nite Gerry Kelly thank you so much you all did a fantastic job.

Ryan's nanny Mairead O'Connell well done with your speech on behalf of Leanne and Donal. It wasn't an easy thing to do, you stayed strong for Ryan and you did Leanne and Donal proud..

The inaugural A Smile for Ryan Golf Classic was held in Laytown and Bettystown Golf Club yesterday. It was a fantastic day and raised €11,833.00. Many thanks to the 28 teams which took part and to all the local businesses who generously sponsored the day. The competition was won by Mark Mullen, David Black, Kevin Haigney and Eoin Green. Presenting them with their prizes is Nigel Woods from Bedell Trust Ireland Ltd

People Supporting A Smile For Ryan

There has been so much help and support from local communities and also has been far reaching with people holding events countrywide and abroad to help this brave little boy beat this horrible disease. People have raised sponsorship for runs taking place, Cake sales, and even children giving donations from their communion and confirmations.
People have been so kind and thoughtful and with too many people to mention from all the events that have taken place in recent months, the slideshow just shows some of these individuals who have played their part in helping the fundraising effort with more to be added in due course.

Slimming World Coffee Morning

A Smile For Ryan would like to thank Susan and everybody who showed their support at the Slimming World Coffee Morning that raised €1232.

Rathmullan 5k walk & street party

The people of rathmullen all took part in a 5k walk today for A Smile For Ryan, with a very well organised street party afterwards. All the kids came out in support with  bouncy castles, goodie bags, food & drinks and entertainment from a local DJ. Ryan was in his element and was treated like a VIP when he arrived, and really enjoyed himself. Thank you to all who organised the event, we really appreciate your help.

Dublin Mini Marathon

This years Mini Marathon took place on Bank holiday Monday 6th of June. The event had overwhelming support for A Smile for Ryan with over 180 women that signed up and took part on the day. A Smile For Ryan would like to thank each person for taking part and your continued support of this little champ Ryan.

A Night For Extraordinary People was an extremely successful and well organised fundraiser that took place Friday 6th May in the Boyne Valley Hotel. There was lots of talent on display with eight acts on the night from dancing groups to singers showing off their vocals. All proceeds from the night went to A Smile For Ryan with a massive €8,000 raised on the night. On behalf of A Smile For Ryan we would like to give a massive thank you to Deaghan De Brùn and Carl Dowling for organising this great nite.

Kelly's Darts Team

Kelly's Darts Team in Duleek were playing darts in the final against the Milestone in Balbriggan and presented a cheque for €350 which they kindly donated to A Smile For Ryan Fund. Thank you to everyone invloved including Neil Barry, Keane Barry, Thomas Brodigan, Johnny Byrne, Rory O'Brien, Niall O'Brien, Derek Murphy, Tony Andrew, Ollie Arnold & Tony Scott.

A Fight For Ryan

A Fight For Ryan was hosted by St. Cianans B.C in Duleek St. Cianans B.C in Duleek thank you so much for putting on a great show.Thank you  to all the the different boxing Clubs, top International Ref Marty O Neil, DJ + MC Shane Mc Guinness, everybody from St. Cianans especially Mark O'Toole and all the local businesses including Spar, The Old Post, Largo Foods, Fran Keegan and the Carranstown Lodge " Tollstone".

It was great day of boxing with a massive turnout from the local community and beyond. The total money raised was €2,055 for A Smile For Ryan fund, at which we are extremely grateful.

A Rock For Ryan

A Rock For Ryan took place in Mc Hughs in Drogheda on the 27th March. This was an extremely successful and fun night had by all with local bands and singers playing, raffle prizes and auctions. The event brought together the community of Duleek organised by the Celtic Supporters Club to raise funds for A Smile for Ryan.Through generous donations almost €9,000 raised on the night.

Football Blitz and Black Bull Awards Night

This event was organised by A Smile For Ryan Fundraising Committee through the communities of Mornington, Bettystown, and surrounding areas.
We would like thank everybody who took part in organizing the football Blitz  and Awards night that took place in the Black Bull Inn to raise a massive €21,000. A special thank you must go out to all our sponsors that generously donated prizes on the night.

Fun Run & Cake Sale

There was a great turn out for the Fun run / cake sale from which the local kids that organised it raised  €640 .We are very thankful to them and there parents and also Jackie & Martin Leddy in the Old Post for supplying Free Tea, Coffee & hot chocolate.

Table Quiz & Raffle

Table Quiz and raffle was held in Molly's bar Ashbourne Saturday 20th Feburay with all the proceeds going to A Smile For Ryan. Thank you to all involved and to the social club in Largo Foods for putting on this great fundraising nite in support of A Smile For Ryan.
